“Cloudscapes” for Piano

I have always been fascinated by the beauty and drama of clouds, and this enduring fascination has inspired me to translate their imagery into music. The suite consists of three movements, each painting a vivid musical portrait of the sky’s ever-changing moods, ranging from the magnificent fanfare of the “SunClouds” to the ethereal dreamscape of the “MoonClouds”, and culminating in the stormy toccata of the last movement “StormClouds.”
I dedicate this composition to my dear teacher, Elinor Armer.
